Shipping Policy

Our products are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after successful payment. Our logistic partners are - DHL, Bluedart, DTDC and Ecomexpress.
We have removed Delhivery courier from our courier partner list because of the poor delivery service.
The product we sell are non-returnable but each of the products listed on this website is having 6 to 12 months of replacement warranty.
For earpiece products, the warranty of 6 months is valid only for the transmission modules and not for any electronic or magnetic earpiece nor for chargers and cables.
So if you receive a non-working product then we will replace the same with a new one. A refund can be issued if only we fail to deliver the product within the mentioned timeline and once RTO is delivered. Without the product RTO there will not be any type of refund of any amount.
Within India, it will take 7 to 10 days for delivery and If we fail to complete the delivery then you can ask for a refund, once you reject the shipment then we will get the parcel back and the refund will get approved.
In case the customer rejects the parcel within the delivery timeline of 10 days then there will be no refund and the same product will be reshipped to the customer. If the customer rejects the product multiple times and legal action will be taken as per our policy.
The reason for not offering refunds for our products is because most of the products we prepare or arrange from other manufacturing companies and it takes a huge time and effort to do the same. So kindly understand all these before placing any order.
For exchange -
We do not offer any type of exchange. Replacement can be done with the same product only for manufacturing defects.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over Rs 500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

If the buyer refuses to take the order at the time of delivery or raises a request for future delivery then the same will not be calculated within the timeline of 10 days. There will not be any refund for such RTO shipments if the buyer rejects the parcel on 1st attempt of delivery. In such an RTO case, the shipment will be reshipped to customer's address.
NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS -
The customs department may charge some amount for importing any product from any foreign country.
The same amount needs to be paid by the buyer only.
The amount differs from product to product and country to country - starting from 2% to a maximum of 200% ‼️‼️
Refund Policy -
We don't offer a refund for any order. Each and every single product are having a replacement warranty and in case of any manufacturing fault, we will replace the complete product without any extra charges. However, if we fail to deliver the product then there will be a 100% refund as paid by the buyer. In case of any refund discrepancies, KSpyWorld may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.
We don't even offer a cancellation facility once the order is placed or payment is confirmed.
Refund will be allowed only if we fail to deliver the ordered product within the said timeline.
We understand that in some scenarios, the Product may take more than 7 TO 12 days to reach our warehousing and Quality Check facilities. In such a scenario, we process the refund amounts intermittently but, in case the Product does not clear the Quality check, we reserve all rights to take appropriate steps to recover the amount already credited to your account.
Return Policy
We don't accept returns for any order. But we offer a replacement for most of the products we sell up to a duration of 6 months except only earpieces and chargers. Most of the earpiece transmitters are having a warranty of 6 months only. We don't charge anything extra for the replacement of any product even if we pay the returning courier charges to the buyer in case we fail to pick it up from the location.
Replacement policy -
There is a rare chance of getting a faulty product. If you face any issue with the product, you can replace the same under the warranty period of 6 months from the date of purchase. For replacement, you need to ship the product back to our address. Do mention the order id and the issue with the product on a white page in the parcel. This will help us to resolve the problem fast.
If the device is having any significant issues then we will replace it with a new one (Same Product model) And if there is a very minor issue then we will repair the same and ship it back to your address.
For earpiece products, the warranty of 6 months is valid only for the transmission modules and not for any electronic or magnetic earpiece nor for chargers and cables.
NOTE - The repair charge for all GSM-based products is Rs 3500 per product from Jan 2023 ( There is an increase of the same because of the high import tax for our products )
For Bluetooth products Rs 2700 per product
For 3.5 mm jack-based products Rs 1300 Product
Please note - We will never ship a new product without getting the old product back.

Buying can buy our products directly from our site or App. If anyone places the order manually via call or WhatsApp then the buyer can pay directly to our bank account details or can use any UPI app.
